Parsun Wasserdichtung

This water envelop forms the main cooling chamber in the lower casing of a Parsun F40 outboard.

It works with the cover plate, water pipe, and pump parts to route raw water through the lower unit and up toward the powerhead, making it a core cooling-system component rather than a simple cover.
